The Outcasts are those who belong nowhere else. Mercenaries, bounty hunters, revolutionaries, exiles, fanatics, criminals, and adventurers—each follows their own path, driven by personal ambition rather than loyalty to any of Malifaux's great powers. What unites them is their fierce independence and their willingness to operate beyond the rules imposed by others.

Among the Outcasts you'll find legendary gunslingers, ruthless killers, mysterious mercenaries, and individuals driven by revenge, profit, or unwavering conviction. They are the most diverse faction in Malifaux, with Masters and Crews that often have little in common beyond their refusal to answer to anyone but themselves. Every Crew tells a different story.

On the tabletop, the Outcasts offer exceptional freedom in Crew building and an enormous variety of playstyles. While every Master approaches the game differently, the faction is generally characterised by self-reliant models and creative tactical options. They are an excellent choice for players who enjoy flexibility, experimentation, and discovering new ways to outplay their opponents.
